Additionally Jeff is co-owner of Nor Wes Construction which has built and remodeled over 100 single family and multifamily assets in the greater Seattle area.

Kirk learned real estate from the ground up. Starting at age 8 Kirk helped clean, paint, and rehab his family rental portfolio in the Pacific Northwest. Currently he owns two brokerages in WA and NY, manages the an extensive multifamily portfolio, and is responsible for deal sourcing, brokering, and negotiating future developments for Valstand.

Steve has extensive development experience over his 35 year career. To date he has developed over 2,000 units in King and Snohomish counties. His large scale developments include Terrace Station, a 450 unit TOD in MLT, and Beardslee Crossing, a 3 acre mixed use development in Bothell.
